Series
OneR
The ALU Ranger series oneR has been designed and equipped to process composite aluminium panels for the fabrication of architectural façades.
The oneR is an optimal CNC entry level machine that will deliver optimum productivity output in the fabrication of architectural façade panels.
On this CNC panel router is possible to process: composite panels (PE and Mineral Core), HPL, solid aluminum panels, fibercement and plastic/acrylic panels.
Do you want to discover all the features of Alu Ranger OneR?
Find out moreUsing the proper tools, rotation speed, feed rate and mist lubrication, the panel router can process a variety of different substrates. Consult the specifications of the panels and tools manufacturers.
By adding optional, aggregates with sawblades and VGrooving cutterhead, it will increase the fabrication productivity up to 25%.
This machine can also perform milling and bending process in curves on ACM panels with PE Core.

FLUTE TOOLS AND AGGREGATES
Combining flute tools and aggregates, The oneR is able to achieve high processing speed while cutting and vgrooving.
Aggregates are equipped with a custom hood to allow optimal swarf collection and maintain a clean working table and safe environment.
For mineral core ACM we can supply diamond tipped tooling for optimal results.
Fabrication cell with AUTOMATIC LOADING-POSITIONING-PROCESSING
The Patented Alu Loader will automatically load ACM, HPL and fibercement panels. The Alu Feeder will automatically position the panel for processing.
The Alu Loader and Feeder eliminate any risk of personal injury and damage to the panels, which is common, during the manual handling required when loading a horizontal CNC panel router.
Advantages
We reserve the right to make technical changes. The machines shown can include equipment not included in the standard version. For photographic illustration reasons some groups are not provided with protection. The use of the machine is understood with all the protections installed.
